In order to improve Japanese skill for all staffs, the Board of Directors opened Japanese class in primary level, all employees could participate.
The company always support the sport activities of the staffs and has financial assistance to maintain these clubs. In September 2015, "rakumo Open Autumn 2015" was opened. Participants included rakumo team and the teams of other companies in the field of IT.
As a part of rakumo's welfare policies, the company trip was hold for employees to relax and de-stress. Destination is Phu Quoc island, where is called the beautiful island of pearls, along with the attractive outdoor activities.
